This installation marks the San Diego leg of the Old Glory Relay spanning from Seattle, WA to Tampa, FL. At the core of the installation is a woven American Flag. This flag will honor the veterans and their families by being peppered with ribbons carrying the names of loved ones and fellow soldiers as well as images of things veterans brought back with them from the theater of war.
